Safety Measures

As your security is important to us, providing some simple details such as your name, title, (Mr., Mrs., Ms.) and passport number will help us to avoid several problems. Please note that you will need to have a valid passport (with expiry no less than 6 months from the departure date of your trip) and visa. Apply directly to the nearest appropriate embassy or consulate to apply for a visa. Please note that processing times and visa fees vary and that they are also non-refundable.

When traveling, please abide by all national laws and rules as it can be extremely difficult to intercede with the government on behalf of customers.

To ensure your security, Exotissimo provides you with high quality safety equipment which is consistently updated and maintained. Helmets are available upon request and we ensure that all participants are fully briefed on safety measures before each activity. Our guides are trained in first aid treatment and emergency procedures. They carry first aid kits with them at all times.

We realize that there are many different kinds of risks associated with travel, and we recommend strongly that you obtain travel insurance coverage (including emergency evacuation flights and personal liability) before your departure. Though we work hard to ensure your safety, Exotissimo will not be held responsible for any accident you encounter on your trip. Please respect your own personal physical limits during all adventure activities to ensure maximum safety and enjoyment.

Lastly, please note that due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political and religious instability, military actions, etc., Exotissimo reserves the right to cancel any tour and departure without any prior notice. There are certain times where travel simply is not advisable. We hope you understand that in the event of a cancellation, it is only because we have your best interests at heart.
